In 2014 Christian Rich started Rich Renovations & Restorations (RRR) in an effort to provide his clients with quality home renovations. In 2016 Christian and his wife Mandie moved RRR and their family back to West Michigan where they both grew up. This was done to allow their children to be able to see and grow close with their cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
In the years since RRR started, there has been one main focus guiding us: To provide a professional, enjoyable, and smooth renovation process for our clients. Christian believes that what we do as a company relates directly to the focus we put on the relationships and experiences that we share with each other; both clients and employees alike.

We use a mixture of talent on our job sites. Our team handles most demo, carpentry, tile, and overall finish needs. We will typically hire out plumbing, electrical, and HVAC to trusted partners.
